Joni Michelle Majors Poche', went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 in Richmond, Texas. She was born in Houston on May 5, 1980. Joni was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She was very creative and especially liked decorating and flower arrangements. She was passionate about her love for animals and the outdoors. More than anything, she loved being on the boat and fishing with her husband Billy and the rest of her family. Joni was a very giving person, devoted to our Lord and Savior and is now resting in His Kingdom.

Survivors include her husband Billy Poche'; daughters, Cadence Chapman and Channing Poche'; mother, Laura Millis and husband Mark, and their sons and daughters; Marshall Millis and wife Jenna, Kaylan Millis and Aubrey Millis; father, David Majors and wife Cheryl and their sons and daughters; Ashlea Garner and husband Dax, and Colton Majors; grandparents, Joyce Majors and Wayne Millis; father-in-law, Frank Poche'. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Harry and Geneva Hughes; grandfather "Papa" Walter Majors and mother-in-law Barbara Poche'.

The ceremony to celebrate Joni's life will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at River Pointe Church, 5000 Ransom Road, Richmond, Texas 77469 with Pastors, Patrick Kelley and Matt Barnhill officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening June 30, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at River Pointe Church.
