Donald F. Curtner, Sr., 67, of Richmond, Texas passed away in Houston on November 13, 2015. He was born on August 31, 1948 in Houston, Texas. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with his family. He honorably served our country in the United States Army, during Vietnam and Desert Storm. This loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend will truly be missed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Ford Curtner, his mother, Nora Faye Anders; brothers, Jesse and Bobby Curtner; and his son, Bernardo Rodriguez, Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Lina P. Curtner; children, Glenda Almazon and husband, Manuel, Rhonda Cordova, Tracy Curtner Vela and husband, Johnny, Donna Ali and husband, Sikandar, and Donald Curtner, Jr. and wife, Mary Scholtz; twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren; two brothers, Tom Curtner and wife, Lexine and Larry Curtner and wife, Sandra; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

The service celebrating his life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with Deacon Billy Guerrero officiating. Interment, with military honors will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
