Baldomero Casas, 63, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in Richmond, Texas. He was born November 16, 1946 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Anacleto and Esther Casas. Baldomero was a long time farmer in West Texas and was a retired construction worker.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Esther Cantu Casas, his mother, Esther Lara Casas, 2 sons, David Casas and wife Brenda and Arthur Casas and wife Marah, step-daughter, Susanna Palomo and husband Jonathan, 2 sisters, Agapita Blanco and Sarah Montalvo, 2 brothers, David Casas and Anacleto Casas Jr., 7 grandchildren, Christopher Casas, Arthur Casas Jr., Sandy Casas, Ilynn Casas, Marisa Lara, Chelsea and Anna Palomo and Destiny Rhodes.
Baldomero was preceded in death by his father, Anacleto Casas and his brother, Ruben Casas.
Visitation will be from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7 P.M.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, February 18, 2010 in the Chapel at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home with Deacon Billy Guerrero officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
