A funeral mass for Ramon Gonzales, 59, of Richmond, will be held at 11:00 A. M., Thursday, July 22, 2010 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Richmond with Father Manuel La Rosa Lopez officiating. There will not be a funeral procession prior to the mass. Everyone is to meet promptly at 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M., with a rosary being recited at 7:00 P. M., Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg.

Ramon was born September 30, 1950 in Abram, Texas to Olivero Gonzalez and Consepcion Salazar Gonzales. He passed away July 17, 2010 at his residence in Richmond.

Ramon is preceded in death by his father, Olivero Gonzalez; his sons, Ramon Gonzales, Jr. and Patrick Gonzales; and his brother, Louis Gonzales, Sr.

He is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Estela Gonzales; his mother, Consepcion Gonzales; his children, Christina Gonzales, Oliver Gonzales and wife, Teresa, Guadalupe Gonzales and Griselda Moran and husband, Mario; siblings, Manuela Cantu, Gracy Gonzales, Oralia Jamie Santa Cruz and husband, Joe, Anita Rebecca Christopoulos and husband, George, Greg Gonzales, Joe Gonzales and wife, Belia, Jessie Gonzales and wife, Lisa, and Erma Gonzales Compean; grandchildren, Daniel, Alberto and Julian Moran, Jennifer and Jessica Pena, Lorena and Larica Gonzales, Jesse Hernandez, Selena Gonzales and Esau Gonzales; great grandchildren, Jazlynn Marie Borrome, Leany Alicia Torres and Annable Torres; along with other relatives and many friends.
