I met Alice for a brief moment a few months ago. I work with her daughter in law Kathy. What a spritied woman and so pleasant to talk to. Lucky were those who had her in their lives daily. Although terribly sorrowful, I hope that some comfort can be taken in knowing that she is now soaring in perpetual peace free from all pain; held steadfast in the Lord's good care. God Bless you all.

I want to express my deepest sympathies to Dianna and her family for their loss. Dianna always spoke highly of her parents and I know she loved them dearly. Alice will be missed greatly and I pass on my condolences to all of the family.

and know that I really loved her and enjoyed our time together. She
was everything the minister mentioned at her memorial service.

I have struggled to find the words to express the sadness I feel. This has been a very hard year in which I have experienced many hard losses. I remember visiting parks with my Grandma, she could name just about every bird we saw with little effort. I remember doing crossword puzzles with her, she never missed a word. I remember the best cookies I ever ate were hers, and that she baked them special for me and my brother. My heart hurts bad, but I know she is in heaven with my son, my grandpa, Jesus and her friends and family who have passed on. I pray that I can honor her with a life as full as hers.

Margaret, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. No more sorrow, no more pain your mother is with the Lord now. May perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

Indeed Mrs. Lewellin was an inspiration! It started with her smile, perpetual and contagious. It ended with her courageous fight against all odds. She was just an amazing person whom I was blessed to have known all my life. When I was little, she made the best cinnamon toast and chocolate milk! I think of her each morning I make the same breakfast for my children! She was like a second mom to me! Always loving, caring and protective! Mrs. Lewellin will always have a special place in my heart.
I understand the void in your hearts, Dianna, Jeffrey-Poo & Margaret, but I assure you that the beautiful memories you shared with your mom will always remain vivid and therefore she will continue to live in your lives each and every day! She was so special.
